Who We Are:
Mack’s Recycling dates back to the year 1955. Founded by Paul McCartney from Urbana, Illinois, it has remained locally owned and family operated for nearly 60 years. Starting with one location on Kerr Avenue in Urbana, Mack’s Recycling has since expanded to a second location.
The Kerr Avenue location, Mack's Auto Recycling, offers a variety of services. They buy and sell used car and truck auto parts, which come with a 90-day guarantee. Mack's Auto uses a computerized inventory system that includes a nationwide parts locating capabilites. In addition, there is a 27,000 square foot warehouse on location that allows Mack's Auto employees to better serve you, their valued customers. Auto repair services are also available at the Kerr Avenue facility.
Our business is in its fourth generation and has continually transferred our family values of honesty, dependability, and generosity into our everyday business operations. We set ourselves apart from our competitors by providing a friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as playing an active role in the community. Furthermore, unlike other recycling businesses in surrounding areas, at Mack’s Auto Recycling the owner, Bob McCartney, plays a crucial role. You will always find him working hard in order to provide recycling services to those in need. Our customers appreciate being able to go directly to the man in-charge with any questions.
We have been fortunate enough to call Central Illinois our home since conception, which would not have been possible without the support from great surrounding communities.
